Tool Holder Information

Tool Holder Range

The Modular Tool Holder range comes in four versions (so far).

Each version comes with brackets necessary to be mounted.

 

How does the Tool Rail work?

Material Selection

The tool rail is a section of aluminium extrusion. This extrusion provides strength, whilst maintaining the option of spacing and positioning your tools wherever you want.

Rail Space

When building custom sets, make sure you have enough rail space to fit all your holders. The holders come in various standard widths of 30mm, 35mm and 40mm.

How do the the Brackets / Modules attach?

Each bracket / tool holder attaches to the extrusion via a stainless steel M3 screw and extrusion nut. This can be loosened slightly to allow the modules to slide along the rail and be adjusted without being fully removed. Great for an expanding tool collection!

Holder Module Sizing

I have provided a common set of holders that proved popular on sale in the store. However, more often that not, customers have a wide selection of tools available. For this reason I created the sizer tools.

Introducing HexSizer / CircleSizer

These sizing tools come with various opens to allow you to identify the handle size and shaft size of your driver. They are low cost and can fit through a standard letterbox meaning that you can get started on creating  your list of holders.

What if I don't find the sizer I am looking for?

All the modules are designed by CWDesigns. Therefore, if you don't see your holder available to purchase, it can be designed and available for sale quickly in most cases. Once you know what you need, contact us via the contact page and we will provide your items on the site to purchase or provide a custom quote that is tailored for your needs.
