This product has been designed to provide holders and storage that is compatible with each part of the brilliant Park Tool BKD1.2 Brake Bleed Kits.

Bleeding of brakes in bikes is a messy business. This tool holder will allow for the organisation and draining of the tools used within the bleed kit.

The system is modular, meaning that each holder on the rail can be moved along the rail horizontally to the desired location. The kit comes semi-assembled, with only a small  amount of final assembly required (tool included).

Kit Contents

• Qty 1 - Upper Rail (Assembled)
• Qty 1 - Lower Rail (Assembled)
• Qty 2 - Rear Braces (Assembly between Upper and Lower Rail Required)
• Qty 1  - Middle Logo Plate (Assembly between Rear Braces required).
• Qty 1 - 2.5mm Allen Driver Tool for Assembly

What materials are used to make the holder?

The rails that support the various holders are made of aluminium extrusion. This provides strength and rigidity to the holder. The holders themselves are made of 3D printed ABS material. This makes them strong, lightweight and cost-effective to replace if damaged.

Dealing with DOT Fluid.

This product has been designed with DOT fluid in mind. As each holder is made from a 3D Printed ABS material, we have carried out design adjustments to ensure that the material is not under stress and therefore likely to be damaged when in repeated contact with DOT fluid.
